Suggest Treatment For Psoriasis On Elbows And Hands

I'm suffering from psoriasis for last 4-5- years. Both lower limbs (ankles) are more affected. It is present in small portions on elbows and hands. Is there any permanent cure for this ailment? My age is 35 years. Height 172 cms, weight 78 kg, no other health problems till now.
