Suggest Treatment For Psoriasis

hi, my husband has got psoriasis looks like all the symptoms for psoriasis, now not getting proper treatment in here in u.k, doctor gives only cream to apply and it is very itchy and he is so mentally disturbed. sitting like this will not cure this, please guide me what to do?
