Suggest Treatment For Psoriasis

Sir, I am a psorisis patient and had virel fever almost a month ago. Till now I am feeling acute pain in all my joints. It used to be very mild in one or two joints earlier but after the fever, it has started all over in my body. Could it be because of Psoriatic artheritus or some other reason?
