Suggest Treatment For Psoriasis

I can't get rid of my psoriasis with the Fluicinonide I was prescribed by a dermatologist. I don't have health insurance and I can't go back to the dermatologist. What can I do? I just found out I had this in March of 2010, and it has just kept getting worse. I am a male aged 24, non smoker
