Suggest Treatment For Psoriasis

Is there any new medication for psoriasis? i m suffering from the psoriases since age 20 , now I am 34 years old . i have it small dots in almost everywhere . I m scared i loose my hair . What i should do , any new opinions, what should i avoid and do, or eat ? i used all the creams but it still there every now and then . Most annoying in my hair cause its etching a lot . dose the vitamins supplements works for it?
