Suggest Treatment For Psoriatic Arthritis

I have psoriasis, I have had it since I was young. It has never been outside my scalp and finger nails. Two years ago I was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthitis from the Psoriasis as well. Two weeks agoI woke up in the morning after being completely fine in the area it showed up in , and I woke up and went to the bathroom I noticed when I went to pull up my shorts and almost passed out from what I seen. I have the worst break out I have ever seen or delt with in my life. It is all over my upper inner thigh it progressively getting worse I just got let go from my dads insurance and cant afford to go to the doctor with no insurance it looks like it might be getting infected and I am in so much uncomfortable pain. I walk a lot at work. Please help me.
