Suggest Treatment For Pulled Muscle In Lower Abdomen And Vomiting

Experiencing upper right quadrant fluttering similar to pregnancy kicking, clearly different to other gassy movements normally felt in bowels. Pulled muscles in lower abdomen feels sharp pain when trying to lay down or sit up, also sneezed and felt like the muscles ripped apart. 3 days post recovering from a tummy virus had been vomiting 6 times in one day but still feeling nauseas occasionally. Currently on the implant so can t be pregnant and have no gallbladder either so can t be gallstones. Have had a very unusually spotting bleeding, very dry orange brown blood, now looks red but never usually have a period. Did experience some slight right shoulder tip pain 3 days a go when having severe stomach cramps. Assumed this was down to the tummy virus and haven t felt it since then.
