Suggest Treatment For Pulmonary Tuberculosis Stage 3

my father was diagnozed with ptb stage 3 with complications on his high sugar and he has been hospitalized since dec 26 until now jan 27, 2015. he vomits half pale of blood the first attack the doctor cannot give him medicine for tb unless the sputum test has been conducted she the dictor just gabe him medicine for stop bleeding anti fungal antibiotics and for cough. and now were waiting for the result of his sputum test if he is resistant or non resistant what will happen? if the patient is not resistant to the drug is their other way of cure or medication? my father is 57 years of age and he has past tb case before and just now again came back and it worsen. Please advice me. Thank you so much.
