Suggest Treatment For Purple And Black Bruises On Lower Leg

I was in the shower just now and when I was bathing my right leg, I noticed two bruises that weren't there yesterday. One is right above my ankle and one right below my knee. I haven't ran into anything, and they don't hurt, but they both are purple and the one in my lower leg is wide and more black than anything. Is this something I should worry about?
