Suggest Treatment For Purple Bruise In Finger After Injury

I have just had a sharp pain near to the joint of my middle finger (underside). No trauma to it but then large purple bruise has appeared going down my finger. I had the same thing happen the pther day but near to the bottom joint of one of my toes.
