Suggest Treatment For Purple Bruise On Buttocks

I fell down a flight of stairs to a landing 3 days ago. The bruise is purple and covers most of my buttock. I did ice the first day. What do I do now. Do I need to see a doctor? There is minor pain. I can walk around okay, sit on the floor and play with my kids, but I m concerened. Thanks
