Suggest Treatment For Purple Circular Blotches In Inner Thigh

Hi, may I answer ygou;lr phealth queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have purple blotches in a semi circle around each inside top thigh. I put it down to being overweight and shaving pubic hair and perhaps the skin had become aggravated. I am now dieting. The purple blotches remain. I am unaware of same until I get stripped and take a look. They are on the bikini line and therefore apparent. What is it and how I can I help clear it up?
