Suggest Treatment For Purple Coloured Blotches On Calves Of Legs

Hi, on the lower part of my calves my legs are a purple-ey colour and they have these White blotches under the skin that dissapear when I rub the skin. My feet and this area of my legs are significantly colder than the rest of my leg. I am 16 years old and female and it's horrible as my legs look constantly discoloured so hate wearing shorts etc. Oh and I weight approx. 9 and a half stone so not overweight and I am 5 ft 4". I have no medical history.
