Suggest Treatment For Purple Spots On Arms

For about three months I have been getting purple spots on the outside of my arms where before might have been bruises. I am taking blood pressure medecation (lisinopril and carvedolil) and simvastatin (40 mcg). Also in the past year I have had atopic dermitis, for which I was given over the course of a year four steroid shots and a topical goop called clobetasol. What can be the cause and what are possible remidies? Thank you in advance.
