Suggest Treatment For Pus Filled Bumps On The Forearm

I have raised red bumps on my forearm for almost two years. I have been told it's just a rash. antibotics have not worked. went to a Dr. for CDC and he doesn't know. He question prurigo but it does not itch. puss, blood, and clear fluid comes out of them.
