Suggest Treatment For Pus Filled Pimple Under The Lips

hi i have spots underneath my bottom lip but not on my chin . they are not normal spots as i have had them for a couple of years now,there in a small area with about 20 there,they are small and contain a white puss-like substance when i squeeze them the puss come out but the'll be more the next day. As i squeeze them every day i think i have irritated them plllleeeaaassee Help!!
