Suggest Treatment For Pus Filled Spots On The Upper Arms

I am a 14 year old female and my upper arms have these 'spot like things' on them. When squeezed a small amount of pus comes out. The area gets really quite red and it's extremely embarrassing. I have been using scrubs for a while but my parents told me to stop using them because they said it would make it worse. I recently went to a pharmacy and the lady there gave me some Diprobase to use as a moisturizer. Everyone says that it will just clear up with time, but i am getting no results from it. It is very upsetting and I am going away on Holiday in August. Please help me.
