Hi, i am from india, since three days i have a pus filled wound just above the cleft of hips.

Actually becoz of dryness , i scratched it and blood comes which healed but stupid me removed the hard clot . after that a little 'phunsi' developed and in two days it is draining and draining.

pl. help
