Suggest Treatment For Pus Formation Inside Foreskin On Penis

Hi i have facing one problem from my penis actually it was fully covered by skin (up lair) that i was trying removing individually, but it was removing it pus inside the up skin and i was pain full. please i am looking doctor for consultation regarding Penis related problems. can u help me out ?
