Suggest Treatment For Puss Filled Holes On Penis Shaft

i had a spot on the shaft of my penis looked like a yellow head so i poped it the one is healing fine but the other kept filling with puss so i kept popping it and today i looked at it and their seems to be a hole in my shaft with puss in it i keep gettimg pains and it feels swollen at the base of the shaft
