Suggest Treatment For Pustule Psoriasis On Hands And Feet

I currently have Pustular Psoriasis on my hands and feet one of the worst cased the derm has seen (going for laser in two days) I also have nodules on my sternocavicular joints where I can't move my arms or shoulders so painful. I have prediagnosed myself with Sapho but can't find a Boston Dr. that specialises in this?
