Hi. I am a 32 year old female and two weeks ago I was in hospital for pyelonephritis and urosepsis. I'm still on antibiotics and waiting for blood test results, but I returned to work yesterday and just feel shattered all the time, even though I am sleeping well. I feel like I am made of lead and walking through treacle. Is this normal?
