Suggest Treatment For "keretosis Pillaris"

I am suffering from Keretosis Pillaris from last 12 years & I tried many different dermetologist but no cure. Please help me to solve my problem i am very much in tense as the disease won’t look good.

I tried many dermetologist & different medicines for ex. Isotroin 20 & Metrogyl gel & many others. But still no cure.

No family background of keretosis Pillaris & i also dont have any other medical history.
