Suggest Treatment For Radiating Pain From Head To Neck

docter ,if iam tensed my hands vl shiver.if i play outdoor games my hands will shiver.from past few days i m getting pain in head and extending upto neck .the pain vl be so severe.daily it strts around 2pm nd ends at around 6pm..any one part of heaad vl be paining..during pain i get feel that somone is pulling my nerves.even my eye nerves are paining.from last 1 month i went to gym .there when i lifted heavy weights i got some sensation in neck nerves...i went to one docter ,he told that its migrain he gave tablets for migrain but still evn after appraching him also pain is same daily
