Suggest Treatment For Radiating Pain From Tooth To Shoulder

the last couple of wbad pains in my teeth and jaw and between the shoulder blades. i am a 38 female and work full time in an office. the pains last between a few minutes and 20 minutes and usually happen either in the afternoon or whilst i am sleeping.
