Suggest Treatment For Raised CA 124 Level

i am 39 years old, just been told my CA is 124 level, hospital doctors wantto do a biopsy to see if some fibrods and cysts would be the cause. I would like to have another child and would not want them to remove my uteus, please give advice. I live in the Caribbean
