Suggest Treatment For Raised Brown Patches On Forehead

I have circular small raised brown patches on my forehead that turn dark after awhile?

they come and go what are they? they itch sometimes and are scaly and turn red if scratched and bleed. . i was exposed to mold a year ago and is it posssible for mold to form on the forehead as circular patches? thanks
