Suggest Treatment For Raised Bumps On The Glans Of Penis

i have small raised bumps on the glans of my penis, they are not sore and they dont seem to be getting worse. in the past few months a red rash around my eyes has developed it is also not sore but is more noticable when i have a shower. it also looks like i have some candida on my tongue any answers
