Suggest Treatment For Raised Reddish Bumps Around Vaginal Area

I have a rash which looks like raised bumps but also bites but are extremely red. It started around vaginal area which i thought were razor bumps but turned into what look like blisters which are now on my left and right leg as well. Im panicking for i have no idea what it could be
