Suggest Treatment For Raised Vein And Bump On Upper Eye

Hi In 2011 I went to the doctor with a bump on my upper eye lid which the doctor said looked like a raised vein. I have always kept an eye on it. This last week \I have had a chest/cough/cold and on Friday I put mascara on so all was good, today (Monday) I went to get ready and the black/purple has spread from the bump and I would say increased 3 times and my husband agrees. I have an ppt booked but I am so scared it is a malignant melananoma, and wishing I had asked for a biopsy back then.
