Suggest Treatment For Rash And Itching On The Body

Twice I have woke up in the middle of the night with swelling all over and a rash as bright as a sunburn and itching terrible I take benydril but it takes about two hours for the rash and swelling to go away I don't know what is going on I have not taken or done anything new
