Suggest Treatment For Rash Below Knees, Forearms And Stomach In A Diabetic

I have a dark redish rash below my knees and also spread to forearms and stomach, iam diabetic, my bloodwork a1c 7.1, arns stomach itch, cant feel legs below knees,neuropathy, 51 years old,hospital doc don t know, need dermatologist don t know when ican get in, suppose to call me 3 days ago, took steroid for 6 day treatment, now on cream, any info will help
