Suggest Treatment For Rash In My Armpit

hi i have a rash under the arm pits thats solid red blotchy and in the hair region of the groin area its on my neck also it doesnt itch but just goes and comes the hotter i get the worse it gets and becomes irrtated tried several fungus meds along with the head and shoulders treatment still keeps coming back please help
