Suggest Treatment For Rash In Pubic Area Caused After Shaving

Hi, I'm 19 years old and have a good medical history. I have noticed that after shaving my pubic area the other day I have come up in a blotchy red rash down there and some of what look like they have whiteheads on, my friend has told me to use fucidin H cream on it as it sounds like razor bumps and looks like razor bumps. Is fucidin H cream right to use?
