Suggest Treatment For Rash On Buttocks

When I became pregnant I got a rash on my buttocks. I lost the baby about 5 weeks ago but the rash is still there and each day it's different (as in more rash opposed to almost nothing) Its red bumps, some inflammed, some not. Just wondering what it could be?
