Suggest Treatment For Rash On Feet Spreading To Thighs

Last August a rash started on the side of my foot and now is on both feet and has spread up both legs to thighs. I see a dermatologist next week fianly. It s not open sores just red and a dry crusty. The ones on sides of feet sort of joined and a reddish purple
