Suggest Treatment For Rash On Hip

hi, i have a rash the size of my hand which is inflamed and extreamly itchy loctaed on my hip. there is a large circle in that rash which is outlined by a red/purple line and inside that the skin is a yellowish colour and numb. this started as a small red dot and within 3-4 days become the size of my hand. please help
