Suggest Treatment For Rash On Neck

I have developed a rash on my neck, front and back, is very itchy and also have rash on the front of my chest only down to above my breast. My back also has some itchiness to it. What would the cause of this be. It only appeared on Wed. nite. I have put cortison cream on to help stop the itch. What else can I do?
