Suggest Treatment For Rashes All Over Body

ivve had a rash which appears intne form of sparatic flea bites all over my body ;head to toe ...feet ..palms of hands not very noticeableuntil Itake a shower then itr itches like heck my doc say hes going to treatit like scabies but he said its not scabies hes given me antibiotic Cephallexi and also some lotion from head to toe .....to no avail...im 52yrs old carpenter in good shape...measles? please help thank u mike
