Suggest Treatment For Rashes All Over The Body

good evening,my mom is developing rashes on her body she went to many skin doctors but did nt cure they say its like eczema.and its spreding awl over the body.so pls suggest what should i do ...are th eany test to be taken...or whom should i consult
