Suggest Treatment For Rashes All Over The Body

i have developed a rash on my face ,neck ,chest and shoulders and do not have it anywhere else/have no itching and have not come in contact with any type of poisonous plants/has tiny pimple looking bumps on neck but on face looks like hives. i am 19 yrs old 5'10" over all healthy
