Suggest Treatment For Rashes All Over The Body

Hi my 3 year old has come out with a rash all over her body starting on her face downwards and has had a high fever for 3 days, i took her to doctor this morning who told me it was probably a viral infection but the rash wasn't there then. now i'm worried as she is upto date with her mmr.
