Suggest Treatment For Rashes Caused By Bleaching

I was wondering if you could advise me on an issue I'm facing these days. Around 3 weeks ago I used bleach to lighten my facial hair. Two to three days after using the bleach I noticed red spots on my face. These spots are a bit like a rash and are accompanied by dryness. They don't seem like pimples. It has been over 3 weeks since I used the bleach and still my skin is not totally clear like before.Will it heal on it's own? If not, please could you recommend me a product that would help me get rid of these?Thankyou
