Suggest Treatment For Rashes Caused By Shaving

I am retired Army Personnel. Due to hard Shave I often have rashes on my face. My skin is oily but Now in summer also I feel that skin is changed to dry and find difficult to shave. now after shave rashes occur some with water and these changes to Brown/Black.
