Suggest Treatment For Rashes From Back To Breast

My daughter-in-law called and told me that she has a rash on one side of her body--from her back to her breast. She has no pain per se; however, there is tenderness. Today is Sunday, so I told her to go to either Urgent Care or her family doctor first thing in the morning, saying it s an emergency. What is the treatment for shingles? What can she do?
