Suggest Treatment For Rashes In Public Area

I have a skin rash on my back and pubic area which has resulted in hair loss. My eyebrows have also been affected and become very itchy. I largely have the rash under control using creams however itchy patches continue to appear and the pubic hair loss hasn't recovered. Any advice?
