Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Breasts While Having Stomach Infection After Delivery

Had a baby 3 weeks ago and was still bleeding with yellowy greeny discharge that smells. Had some anti biotics as doctor said i had stomach infection still there and i get pain in my tummy some times my health visitor said i could still have some of after birth left in me. Please help i also have a rash on my breasts that appeared today and breast feed what should i do.
