Hi my 12 month old son has had a rash that my doctors told me was a virus. he has had the rash for a week, and now most of it is cleared up. There is a different looking rash now on his earlobes. it is almost like small blood vessels or something under the skin. if you press on it, it disappears, but comes back immediately and is bright red
