Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Face

I keep getting a rash on my face. It heels and then in a few weeks it flares up again. It itches and has a burning sensation, it always starts on my left cheek then moves to around my eyes and then the other cheek. when is begins to heal, then my skin is dry and flaky.
