Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Hand During Warm Season

hi I am 51 female and have had a rash on my hands during warmer weather for like 5 years now - goes away during the colder months. This year it spread to my face - mostly forhead. It itches alot and am wondering if this has anything to do with menopause or nerves - I have been nervous for like 3 weeks, but am unable to tell you why or what is bothering me. I am in good health otherwise.
